National Institute of Skill Development and Management (NISDM), managed by Arina Technologies and Management Private Limited, follows the below policy regarding fee refunds for all courses and training programs.
All course fees paid at the time of admission, registration, or enrollment are non-refundable, except under specific conditions mentioned in this policy.
Refund requests will only be considered if:
A written refund request is submitted within 7 days of admission
The student has not received course material or accessed online classes
After 7 days of admission, no refund will be processed in any circumstances.
If a course is cancelled by NISDM due to any internal reason:
Students may receive a full refund or
Option to shift to another course/program
Decision depends on student’s choice and availability.
Refund cannot be claimed if:
The student withdraws after attending classes
The student is removed due to misconduct
Unsatisfactory performance
Violation of institute rules
The student decides to discontinue voluntarily
Certificate is withheld due to incomplete requirements
For online/digital courses:
Once login access is activated
Once study material shared
Once digital access is used
➡ No refund is applicable.
Approved refunds (if any):
Will be processed only through bank transfer
May take 7–15 working days after approval

Reason for refund request
Incomplete requests will not be processed.
All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.
The decision of NISDM management is final and binding.
